Erik Frechette  / 
President

As Chief Executive Officer, Erik leads the company's corporate strategy, growth and leadership upon which Paladin APM services, expertise and commitment to operational excellence are based. Erik is a highly regarded real estate, operations and finance professional who has become known for his strategic and innovative insight. As a fiduciary to many of the Nation's largest financial institutions, Erik has been directly responsible for the management, optimization and disposition of real estate assets totaling more than $2 billion. Prior to founding Land Interests, Erik lead the regional land acquisition, forward planning and project management efforts for a top-20 private and public developer where he managed assets responsible for generating in excess of $1 billion in revenue.

Erik, a former United States Marine Corps Officer and Naval Aviator, holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Pepperdine University where he graduated summa cum laude and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Business School Honor Society. Erik holds a Broker's license in the state of California, and is a member of the Project Management Institute, Turnaround Management Association, Urban Land Institute, Special Assets Management Association, Risk Management Association, California Receivers Forum, Association for Conflict Resolution, National Association of Home Builders, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, California Building Association, and the United States Green Building Council. Recently, Erik was a Semi-Finalist for the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and is an Executive Committee Board Member for the prestigious USC Lusk Center for Real Estate.
