Ethen Thacher / Project Manager
Ethen has over 14 years of experience in managing residential, commercial and mixed use real estate projects in Southern California. He has a history of successfully negotiating complex government agency approval requirements, effectively managing projects from both a technical and administrative standpoint, while addressing the concerns of active community groups. Some of the more prominent projects he worked on were valued at over $100MM.
Prior to his career in real estate development, Ethen worked at Tetra Tech, Inc. and environmental engineering and consulting firm, preparing NEPA and CEQA environmental impact analyses for projects proposed by the United States Government and local cities. Ethen studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara majoring in Environmental Studies and Geography, with emphasis on science, environmental policy and land use planning.
