FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is a Receivership terminated?

The receivership is terminated when the court orders it terminated and sometimes by judgment entry or foreclosure.   After termination of his functions, the receiver must make his final report and account in a hearing upon written notice to all parties.  Upon settlement of the report and account, the receiver will be discharged and his bond exonerated.
